4. Mollie as processor

Mollie B.V. processes payments (DPA concluded, PCI-DSS compliant). Stofje does not store bank details. mollie.com/privacy.

Mollie (payments), hosting provider, analytics (with consent). No transfers outside EEA without safeguards.

6. Retention

• Account: until termination + 1 month
• Accounting: 10 years
• Marketing: until consent withdrawal
• Logs: max 12 months
